HELP! seeds from a cloned female

Hello this is my first POST and my question is this. Last year I bought 2 clone plants and had very great harvest from a both plants. I got 3 seeds from one of the plants buds and my question is because these seeds came from 2 female producing plants are the seeds female without the chance of them being male?? I have now got them in starter solo cups and they all three are at the first stages of getting there vegetation leafs. I don't want to put this much time into these seedlings if they could be male any help my way would be greatly appreciated.

If your seeds came from a female that was pollinated by a male. Then they could be either male or female. However if the seeds came from a hermied female. a female plant that self pollinated. then the seeds will be female.

kingfish, so I called the farm that my dispensary that sold me the clones and spoke to two people about this situation and what you said about **However if the seeds came from a hermied female** that is what the grower where my clone was started said that is most likely what it was...at about what age of the plant will I be able to tell if its going to be a male? and should I go ahead and buy (so I know I will harvest this season 100%) another clone for this season? (your opinion)

clownerboy, That is the down side of Hermied females. You never know what the out come will be. If it truly came from a hermied female, you can be assured that it will be female. You my have to wait until you put her into flowering (12/12) to tell.

Look up colloidal silver. You can also find out more info on this site as well, try feminized seeds, or plant breeding as well. Sometimes, when you also let your plant go to long in flowering it will produce pollen sacks and fertilize itself. This is rodelization, you can also stress plants to do this, this produces feminized seeds, colloidal silver is a better method. I would suggest you grow them out and enjoy.

Unless you found a male flower, I would have to assume these are regular seed so they could be male or female (from wild pollen outside the grow).

I would think you need to know the seed type of the mother plant, from which you got the clones-
If it was a feminized seed (originally) then you will have a female seed.
If it was a regular seed for the mother plant- I have no idea (experience).
It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!

Grow them out, if it is female cool, if it is a male, keep it and breed it with others, see if it is a good male, breed those seeds man.
