decarb for keif?

Does it make sense to decarb popcorn trim in order to dry it prior to sifting to make keif?

You can smoke kief right away from the grinder.

A not so funny story. At my wife's first encounter with our then new grinder she removed the bottom screen and catcher, and then emptied the waste material contained there into the trash. I was less than enthusiastic about her clean up!

Only decarb if you plan on eating it.

No. It doesn’t. Decarbing gasses off terpenes. If you plan on smoking the keif dont decarb it.
