Just make sure the amber is on the calyxes, not the sugar leaves, Amber shows on the sugar leaves 2-3weeks before it does on the calyxes.
Quit watering them 2-3 days before you chop them, I always put mine in the dark, for a day or two, also. But I can't swear it helps anything, on our outdoor grows, we'd put huge black plastic bags over them, sometimes for 3-4 days,
Good Luck with your harvest.

I e heard a lot of people mention the totAL darkness method for 48 hours prior to harvest but never tried it myself. Maybe I'll give it a shot and see what I get this time.

Sounds like a great plan! Then you scould be at 25-50% amber, which is were I like to harvest. I also let mine drie out, right before I put them in total darkness for 48 hours before harvest, greatly improve terpenoids and quality of the product

Ready To Harvest?
Ihave six plants..2 each if 3 different strains. They're in the middle of their 9th week of flower and have 10-15% amber trichomes. I was gonna let them go till this weekend and then chop. Thoughts?2 PhotosTags: None
