    17,000 lbs confiscated in Oklahoma

Those transporting say its legal hemp, LEOs say it's MJ,,,,,
Whats your thoughts here? Did the LEOs in OK make a huge mistake, or did the transporters? (note IF you come through OK, stop at the red lights, dont speed, ~)
Of course one cannot tell from the pictures what it is, but why would a hemp grower not let it seed? I dont use it but hemp seed oil is sold, would not a seeded hemp crop be worth more than sinsemilla (flowers without seed) crop?.
Of course they are now stalled out because of political issues with our gov~,,, but they want their stash back!
I am going to LMAO IF this is a big blunder by the law enforcement!

This says it all- Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control .
The Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs term- has not been used for 40 years.

My guess is Oklahoma is a tad behind the times!
It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!

Behind, you think,, and yet we got it legal! LOL
Our exiting governor signed emergency rules put up by Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control as her last thing in office. I have looked all over and have not found them posted,,,, media says it's security for growers and dispensaries, labeling and lab testing,, but who knows what's hidden in it,,,,

Anytime the LEO's seize something the owner is screwed. The owner will have to get a lawyer and sue to reclaim his property. Check out OMMA site for laws and Governors emergency rules.

Unless it has been updated like today or late yesterday, it is not on OMMAs site! First place I looked,,,
And I agree, I am sure the law dogs have been called
Now IF they actually planted hemp, but the seed had been crossed with higher THC strain/s, these fine folks are going to be in deep shit over a mistake (maybe) not made by them,,,, of course they may have planted MJ and want to call it hemp,,, IDK
And still, why would a hemp farmer NOT seed their crop?
I will check OMMA again, that is the best place for it to be posted! I want to read it for myself, not hear propaganda telling me it does this or that!

Well the test results are in, some of it is indeed hemp (0.3% or less THC), however some of it tested at 0.4% and 0.5% THC, yep their smugglers! So more tests to be done, it has to be pot,,,,, will they ever learn? They should turn these guys loose give them there shit back, and apologize!
Now the guy that had 16,000 Grams of THC oil, running off the road,,,

The longer they keep the product - the more it will dry out and the higher the THC will become.
It tested fine before shipping, as I recall.
