I'm glad to see all you fine folks ....have an outstanding day .....May your high be pure...

    Today word is ...prevent...
How do you try and prevent bugs from entering grow space?

In my grow space I surrounded the outside my tent on the floor with flat mouse sticky traps...catches all kinds of spiders ...and mice...I'm in the basement....I also have 6 hanging fly sticky strips to catch all my flying bugs...all this works great!!!
    he is a gross pic...

Hey there Green!!Thanks for starting the round,a good one too *initiating brain sponge mode

I prevent such bugs from entering with fly strips but i need nothing else as i grow in a tent that is in a room with just a window and a door to another sealed room...Nice humid, cool aired room Later on in April when im done, temps will be 25+ so i will prolly need mite and fungus prevention!!

          Morning Greenie and crew.

Im in the basement too, I have a couple of sticky traps as well in the corners of the room, they get a bug or spider in them from time to time. I've also added filters to my air intakes on the tents to prevent those damned mites from migrating. Have a great weekend!

Good morning all. I hope all is well with you.

I haven't taken any precautions on critters. My grow room is my bedroom closet and haven't seen anything, but being as paranoid I think I will go get some sticky traps today lol.
It's not how crazy I am, but how much I enjoy it that makes me dangerous.

              Greeting fellow forum friends!

We have no problems with bugs or critters of any sort (knock on wood). We have a bottle of stuff to get rid of mites, but never had to use it. We grow in garage. We did get a cricket in one day when we had garage door up about an inch. Hubs caught it, never made it to tent.

G'Day Green75 and to all our fellow tokers and growers. I have a new tent and so far, no bugs. Everything I have put in it or used near it has been cleaned. I have used fly strips in the past. Only had 1 big plant growing last year, spider mites were having their fun. Considered buying ladybugs when I was at nursery one day, but wasn't exactly sure what to do with 5000 of them, all for $8.99.

Chit man! Poor little (stuffed) critter will be blown to smithereens. THAT can't be good for your bud.

Good evening everyone, just got to this thread. Glad to see you're all got your critters under control. Yellow sticky traps are my friends. Not much else to bother me in my bedroom. 😊
