Put your lights closer to the seedlings and have a ocelating fan blow on them to strengthen the stems. Good luck.

She is under a small fan now on very low ! Looks like she is pulling her self up towards the light 💡

the fan just needs to stir the air around her, not blow directly on her (not sure if you know this)

push her down with a finger on each side if you havn't allready. at that size a empty pill bottle over her when you lightly water.
