I seen an add for gro-vision performance shades to protect our eyes while in the grow room and those intense lights. Maybe a good thing, anyone using them, or another brand? What can you tell the rest of us about the shades you chose?

Howdy Rwise, I just have a UV coating on my regular glasses and this does seem to reduce the eye strain. I use CFLs in my grows, but the do cause some eye strain, I imagine that HPS, MH, and LEDs are more harmful to the eyes than the CFLs. I would recommend some eye protection to prevent damage to the eyes.Smoke weed,.....grow peace!
