Are you Jewish? Sorry, I had to...
If I had 9k for a grow room.... I think I just peed my pants..
Im certain you can do better for cheaper by piecing your grow together. 9x9 is the size of a bedroom.
Need some more info for your specifications, or is this completely carte blanche?

If money is no issue, I say go for it.........BUT, make sure you are getting top notch lighting, air scrubber, air system, etc. And 9 x 9 does seem excessive. Here is one thing to consider with such a big tent vs 2 smaller. Unless you are growing all autos, you won't be able to have plants in both veg and bloom state at the same time. With two smaller tents, you use one for vegging and one for blooming.

I used an old "entertainment center" unit and fashioned a door, some insulation, remote temp and humidity monitoring, thermostatic cabinet ventilator, infrared heating and 300w LED and I MAYBE have $300 - 400 in to it. So if you are handy DIY can save lots and be a bunch of fun.Organic only soil grower
Current: Medgom Auto (CBD Crew and (Grassomatic)
Set up: 300w Galaxy hydro LED, DIY insulated growbox, dual thermostatic exhaust fans, dual circulation fans, thermostatic 300w heat, remote temp/humidity monitor.

Buying individual components you will get better quality for less. The " Grow Weed Easy web site has some good ideas on a starter set. Since you have enough funds for the very best, buy the best you will not be disappointed. People have polled the forum on specifics and gotten helpful, experienced answers. Start with a tent a 2 foot by 4 foot is plenty, Gorilla is a good brand, but Apollo is also good. 315 watt LEC grow light are all the rage right now, but there many good choices. GWE has a lot of information on all kinds. The method you intend to grow is factor on what equipment you need. (Deep Water Cultivation, Living Soil, Super Soil) Read the Beginner Tutorial for lots of reliable guidance, with out to much rambling or opinionated information. It's a good read, and not unnecessarily long.

Charlie thank you for your straight forward answers. I have a house so space is not an issue, I chose a 9x9 because it fits nicely in the room I have in mind. Hydro is how it want to go with Kind LED's. Where to from here? I'm 100 % Sicilian Catholic and not easily offended.... More input is welcome. Just want to do this right once from the start.

You are off to a good start Kind is my favorite LED, expensive, but I believe the best LED. Gorilla is my recommendation on the tent, it is the best one for me and again the most expensive. I'm a living soil kind of guy, so I don't know a lot about DWC except what I have read in the forum and on Grow Weed Easy.com the best weed growing web page I have ever seen. Many of the members of this members of this forum are master gardeners, but their are a littlie crazy.
