    30000k ice-white light emits blue or ultraviolet?
    can i use this light temperature as grow light?

    I think you mean 3000k? I think it has little blue and lots of red. It’s perfect for flowering but it can be used for veg too

      I don’t know. Just googled it and looks very purple but I can’t find any range of light spectrum

    Don't think it'll be suitable for growing. As far as I can tell, that's a marketing spec used on those HID headlights-the 'ultra' blue lights on cars that make you wish it was legal to shoot out oncoming headlights.
