    HYDRO Help! Out of room!

First grow, total newbie here. Bought the cash crop 5.0 without doing my homework first.

Plant is seedsman auto fem gorilla glue. Approximately 7 weeks old from seed I'm out of room. What should I do? This needs to be stealth, too cold to move outside or in the garage. No money to buy a tent. I need suggestions.

Also, should I be switching the nutrients to bloom cycle?

    Thank you!

Welcome Nightman - to be honest it's hard to see your plant. Looks good from what I can see - yes start the bloom nutes, your pistils are shooting up - and that's good.
    How tall is your plant?
A picture of the whole plant without the red light will help.
Your plant will stretch a bit more in my opinion - so this is what I would do........

You want to bend her over herself - to do this find an area on the main stem (not sure where cuz I can't see it) and massage that area between your thumb and forefinger - this is minor surgery so be gentle here.
Massaging it will prevent you from pinching the stem.
This is where you show her who's the boss - gently bend her over and hold her down with something, maybe tied to a bamboo pole.
She's going to try to stand up - just hold her down.
    Good luck.

Red light encourges plant growth. More available blue light would have controlled your stretching a bit. Looks a bit too late now, but for next grow...

It's tough to get a good picture.. .Hope this is better. Plant is 18 inches tall. Top touches the light. Leaves seem to be blocking light to the bottom of the plant

Looks like you have gotten some good advice above, I believe Canuk is refering to Low Stress Training? ( LST) hear is a link for ya!
Getting that main stalk pulled down and away from the light soon, will be important for keeping the buds that it grows( and the best ones grow up top!)
Lot's of great advice on the GWE main site, for pretty much everything, plus lots of people on the forum happy to help you out!
Low Stress Training is like bonsai for cannabis plants. Plants are trained to grow flat and wide, which forces them to produce many big buds instead of just one or two. As a result, LST gives you bigger yields without changing your setup!

When growing under lights, the bottom buds tend to not get much light, and therefore don't really grow a whole lot. Hear is another article to address that issue.
by Nebula HazeLollipopping a growing cannabis plant means to remove most growth from the bottom of the plant that aren't getting light, while leaving untouched all the vegetation and bud sites at the top of the plant. This marijuana lollipopping tutorial will teach you how to increase your yields using this technique!"Lollipopping" means removing bottom growth (which isn't getting light) so that plant focuses on bud sites at the top

Well, I bent her over. Everything was good until I caught my pinkie on the plant tie. Snap. Didn't break it off but I heard a distinct crunch

If you broke the skin, be sure to tape it up, or fill it with pine sap, both help keep out infection.

You will be fine as long as it did break.
              it's called supercropping,
              I do it on purpose.
