Ok this refreshed my memory. My seedlings were in light warrior and ocean. No burns. I transplanted into straight ocean and presto they7all burned. I am going to build each pot in layers next time the big puck of straight ocean will be at the very bottom.Originally posted by insomniaczzz View PostThanks for al the replies. Great information. I'm not going to get in the fox farm ocean forest will burn my seedlings. I would problem err on the side of caution and use a different soil in the solo cups. We don't have access, other than online to Fox farm or roots organic soil.SSD

Nice plant Dude!!Originally posted by South Sierra Dude View PostSo in my noobness, a place I call last August, I planted a free seed in ten gallons of cocoa coir and super fed them at time of transplant. I gave them six times the amount of the fox farms trio at transplant. Short story, three ounces of kind Blue Mystic and 8 grams of dab from the sugar leaves.

We shall agree to disagree then.Originally posted by South Sierra Dude View Postnot tying to be argumentative but my statement is accepted by weed circles. It burned the shit out of my plants, all of them. One free seedling and some basil won't6change that. I stand by my statement. Straight Ocean Forest will burn your seedlings.

Just because it's "accepted by weed circles" doesn't make it true. I'm just giving my experience.

I stand and by my statement, FFOF did not burn my seedling.

Wow, now that is impressive to hear of a mother plant that old, and you never have to buy seeds again. That's the great thing about clones, they are already mature, just need to veg for a month and flip the switch. Now I am really anxious to see a picture of that mother plant!Originally posted by veg dude1 View PostYou must not understand the power of cloning. My mother plant is 9 years old. My own mother plant is going on 12. With cloning it's very easy to be through veg and flower and dried and put in the freezer and 75 days. Same strain last train

One mother is Northern Lights strain. I've always learn to grow heart because she's so resilient and easy grow. The other mother is calle is called Cherry bomb XXmaui . Don't know if you remember the Cherry Bomb strain. I will send pics of my soil plants tomorrow. It may be a day or two before I can send pics of my hydros. I grow in the stat I grow in a state that is very harsh laws on marijuana. In Texas it is a Class 1 narcotic. That is insanity at its best. Talk to yo talk to y'all tomorrow veggie dude

My 2 cents: I bought the same soil in the topic after I learned the dirt I was using was not adequate. My two plants which were about 3 weeks from sprout in the garbage dirt were in dire straits and really turned around after replanting into the fox farms stuff. I had also added a bit more perlite even though the fox farms dirt was premixed with some already. Since then, I started two auto OG Kush plants and they were planted in the fox farms ocean soil from seedlings. I haven't had a single issue with them. I gave the auto seedlings only ph adjusted water. 3 weeks in they started flowering.
All in all, I would say its prob ok, just don't give any nutes for a few weeks and keep an observant eye on your plants. If the strain you are growing is very sensitive, maybe flush the dirt a bit with plain water before planting the same strain's seedlings in it again.
 Anyway, my 2 cents.
