Help! Northern Light auto flower First Grow

I need some help. I am a first-time grower. I am growing two Northern Lights auto flower. I have some discoloring on one of my plants and trying to figure out what it is. The second plant under the same conditions I don’t seem to be having issues with. In fact, the plant with the discoloring is growing faster than the one that looks healthy. I don’t know if I overwatered the young plants to early and being I am using Fox Farm Ocean Forest if it made it hot or if I am dealing with someone more serious like Mosaic. If so I am worried about contaminating the other plant. Below is what I am using in my setup. I have included 3 pictures of the plant in question and 3 of the one that looks good. Plants are currently in 12th day after sufacing.

    3x3x5 Grow tent
    Fox Farm Ocean Forrest
    3-gallon Fabric pots
Viparspectra 300W LED (started at 26 inches and worked down to 20 inches currently.
    4inch carbon filter/outtake fan
    One small oscillating tower.
One small 4inch fan near the intake angled slightly up
    Temps 79-82 Day temps
    Humidity 50-60%
Using tap water 8.5 and PH'd down to 6 after sitting out 24 hours

They look pretty good and healthy. The one that’s yellowing it’s exaclty because it’s growing faster so it’s using more nutrients. Don’t worry too much you have good soil and they will thrive.

Good growth for 12 days and they look healthy. Looks like your temps, humidity and airflow are in good shape. I would recommend raising ph to around 6.5. 6 is ok but it's a little low for Cal and Mag uptake which is best at around 6.5. When you start adding nutrients make sure you measure and adjust ph after adding all nutes and supplements. The one other improvement for next time is to add more perlite. 20-40% perlite works nice for drainage.
4X4 Gorilla with Solar Storm 440 LED. Coco / perlite, 5 Gallon fabric containers. LST and scrog. Grows to date all Indica Dominant Hybrids

Morning AFsingledad ,Welcome, for 12days ,they look great. Your gonna like growing NLights, they get huge real quick, and hardly any smell, except the last 2-3weeks, then they smelled just like Pineapples, good smoke too. My seeds came from Nirvana, where did you get your seeds ?
One more thing, when you start using nutrients, be sure to get good runoff every time, and good luck with your grow, your gonna have some fun.
Cfls for a week or two
            315lec for everything else
Dug up Ms.topsoil, with perlite added
            36x36x63 inch tent.
6inch - exaust - intake fans an scrubber
            Smart pots
            Molasses

Hi , looks ok, they will grow a little differently. But one thing I would advise would be to get a R O water system. I didn't for almost 2 years and found they weren't as expensive or difficult as I thought. The difference in my garden is awesome.

Thanks for the help guys. I am on day 14 now and Each leave that comes out still has this same discolored look. It is growing faster than the one that looks fine which is what is throwing me is that it's not stopping the growth. Even the new leaves though still have this discoloring. Incase I am dealing with pest I put out some stick traps, sprinkled with cinnamon and have out some apple cidar vinegar while I wait for some Neem.

Sheesh, I was already on board with what you said. Read a few places to bump the PH to 6.5 with Fox Farm Oceans Forrest. Watered with that yesterday. I wait three days from the last watering to make sure it was dry. I which I would have added some perlite. I just wonder if I am dealing with something else, because the other plant has no discoloring...yet it is smaller. This sick looking girl is the one taking off. Just each new leave it's the same thing.

Thanks D.A.A.A.69. I got the seeds from Growers Choice. When does flower usually start for an auto? 5th week?

Plants can do crazy things I wouldn't worry much. And considering its growing like crazy just keep on loving her

I will be switching to RO on the next grow. Early in the year I will be moving. I am in an apartment now, but getting a house in the spring. So my whole setup may change. This time around I am just trying to get some experience, learn the process and try to get some smokable buds. That would be a win for me. I will then worry about higher yield and what not. I am worried about the water so I let it set out atleast 24 hours and add a dash of Vitamin C in case I am dealing with Chloramin which I may be. Still doesn't explain why no signs on the other one and just the one plant. Thanks for the info everyone. I have learned a lot already.

Day 19 and they seem to be doing very well. I am making sure to see them start to droop a little before watering so that I don't overwater. I wish I would have let them stretch the first few days as they are growing just over the soil making watering a little harder. Other than that they are starting to smell and looking good. One started getting yellow tips, but then went away. I think because the soil as I am not feeding. I probably won't as I am using the fox farm Ocean Forrest. I heard I can and some earthworm castings week 4-6, but with the soil I shouldnt need to give nutrients.

With FFOF, soil, you are still gonna need to use nutrients on your plant, for her to thrive.
It's only good for about 2-3weeks before you have to start using nutrients.

With only 2 plants these pints should get you through your grow easily.

So the full plant is my healthy one. They are on day # 23. She looks healthy. The one I had color issues with is now having some faded yellow without and a few brown spots. She is still growing, but I don't know if this is to much nutes because the fox farm oceans forrest or not enough nutes. She took off faster than the healthy one. I have heard this soil can cause some burn and dont need to add anything for atleast 4 weeks. Then I have heard the opposite. I added some top soil/worm castings a few days ago. I did order the nutes listed above and will have them tomorrow. You cant see it as much in the picture, but there some yellow and some brown spots on the one.
