So I’ve successfully completed my harvest of Rozay and I had chosen to wet trim do to space restrictions and drying styles. I’m now left with 2 big food service trays full of wet trim. I’m positive I want to utilize all the sugar leaves but I’m in need of a deeper understanding on how to handle wet trim and get it ready to process and turn to edibles. I knew I couldn’t just bag up a bunch of wet leaves because I would have mold in a day or two so I spread it out thin on the trim table and left the ac running and fan on for circulation. I figured I have to dry it first before anything. Idk I’ve not had much experience in the trim room. All the operations I’ve been involved with I’ve only been a plant growth/health consultant, so I never had to do much processing... am I headed in the right direction by drying? Any help and feedback is greatly appreciated but as always, if you can, please explain techniques and scientific processes that we’re looking to achieve. I like my understanding to be deep and well developed

Congradulations on your harvest!
Other people on this forum know WAY more about the scientific aspect of curing, but I would say you are at least on the right track with drying, you basically want to dry and cure your trim like you do with the bud. Just get it spread out to where it can dry, and then jar it up and cure like you would with the rest. Follow Nebulas Tutorial on curing, and you will be good.
The way I make edibles myself, is to crush up an ounce of trim, put it in my crock pot with a pound of coconut oil, and a half cup of water, and set the thing to warm for 24 hrs. Then I strain it through cheese cloth, or more likely a towel cause I don't got no cheese cloth! I pour whats left in a glass bowl, stick that in the fridge for a few hours at least. Pull the block of infused oil off the top, and scrape the watery crap off the bottom. Read about some folks re melting it and freezing into serving sized baggies, which is a better way then cutting pieces off a frozen block of butter like I was doing. I make brownies with it, doing a full oil substitution with a good quality brownie mix, cause I am not much of a baker, still is mighty tasty if you add extra chocolate chips. Mighty potent to!! Other people have better recipiese, but it's how I do it.Organic Soil,

Let your trim dry and then make some dry ice hash, In fact you can do it wet trim I believe. I completed my 1st grows and made some dry ice with bubble bags that go over 5 gallon bucket. Super easy. Check this post.227541-i-made-hashGrow Space: Small Cabinet 20"w X 4'h

It pretty much depends on what/how you plan to use it-
If you plan to roll it and smoke it- dry/cure as you would any bud.
If you are making hash or oil for edibles- you can place in the freezer- wet, as you will be decarbing for oil anyways.
Remove all fans/stems/larger leaf & tips (with no trichomes), regardless of which method you use. It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!
