    Me don't know

5 Star Killer and 1 BC pinewarp x bubblegummer
I'm thinking transplant shock but not sure since I saw this on a previous grow in soil. The new growth doesn't have it and the older growth looks fine. 5 plants (star killer) have this with about 10-14 leaves total throughout, half way up. Super soil, no checking or run off- in veg, room is 73-77 degrees usually around 60-70% rh. Water every other day at this point. Anything I left out?

it starts out blackish blue and grows slowly to this, never has a halo

Hmm could be the lights your using, lots of far red? You may want to ask dangerdan about it, but i was taught that too much far red lighting can cause very unusual symptoms in cannabis plants, it also looks like a magnesium deficiency

Rosettastoned something very similar happens with some of my autos in super soil about a month before they are finished. This morning I gave 3/4 dose of calimagic I had from a previous grow, they seemed more perky(hands were up). So I'll keep an eye on em and see how it goes. Did it progress slowly? Or happen quick ? Mine happens slowly.
      Good luck

It looks like a cal lockout . Possible, what are the ppm on your feedings or the run off ppm if your not feeding ?

It's supersoil so you may just want to get a little run off, just enough to check ph. I'm guessing the problem is isolated on a few leaves and doesn't spread? The problem may correct itself but if it spreads I would check ph.

Morning RosettaStoned, I don't think you got nothin to worry about, a little Cal-Mag, , ain't gonna hurt nothin, and it might fix her up just right.
I wouldn't worry about that ,unless it started spending, but I think the Cal-Mag will fix you up.
In supersoil, you can't really mess up.

It hasn't gone any further than those leaves, and that happened shortly after a transplant. Was just kinda wondering for the future. I have two different pHs of water, Ro around 9 and tap at 7.6ish. If tap is too low then I use RO.

on another note, IF I were to use Epsom salt to cure a mag def how much would one use in a watering?

as far as far red, that's really only in my flower room on the cobs. The one vipar remodel has two far red monos but at .7 A they are not very powerful, not enough to do that at least.

              thanks for the help ya'll

Epson salt will work just fine, we always used 1-2tablespoons a gallon.

If they're not flowering you can try a foliar spray with the epson salt. At 2tbl per gallon it should easily uptake with a foliar feeding. You can also make a tea with some langbeinite or epson salt with a tbl molasses if it is in flower. Langbeinite is water soluble and won't effect ph.

Yeah looks to be localized on older shaded out leaves. I used a foliar spray of epson salt when I suspected mag issue on my gg#4s and top dressed 2tbl langbeinite.

Thanks for the input friends. I think it partly my watering practice and partly my soil. I'm going to water less quantity and increase frequency. Sunshine mix advanced #4 is more coco than I thought. I may have mixed it a little too porous as it dries out fairly quick.

Also may have waited too long to put into 12/12. The sides of the pots feel firm like to roots are filling up any extra space. I topped with compost and mykos. Worked in a touch, watered thoroughly.
