Hello everyone. My name is Jimmy and i recently started getting into growing. My interest started when i helped some friends build a grow area. I’m a welder by trade and have worked on everything from structural to pipe welding for oil companies. so i have plenty knowledge on the building side. but very little on the growing side. i recently finished 2 grow facilities one with 35 1000w de gavitas, and another with 68 gavitas. i visit them daily and just watching how these plants grow and how they react to the attention you give them amazes me. so now i’m trying to learn as much as i can about them. we have a person that comes in everyday mix the resevour and check the plants, and he would teach and explain some of the things to me, but i would like to be able to learn as much as i can from as many people as i can, then hopefully be able to improve on some of the methods we use or maybe come up with a better one. here are some pictures of the build and plants. i’m looking forward to learning from you guys. thanks.

Welcome Jimmy nice plants and set up. I went with some investors to look at a professional commercial legal grow 2 weeks ago. Your set up and plants look much better than what I saw. Your gonna do great keep it up.

Welcome Jimmy, nice facility there. I'm still new here... finding cool folks, tons of good info. Have you looked at the GWE site yet? I spent a lot of hours reading there to get the basics down (click on "Growing Basics" at the top of the page). I really like that any of the terms I don't know is usually a link to other pages about that topic. Funny how cannabis brings out the gardener in us, lol. Peace!

JimmyLe813 Welcome Jimmy. Looks like you're nice and ready for some serious growing (I'm envious of your grow setup lol). What strain/s you got growing there? You'll find plenty of info and friendly/helpful growers on here.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I appreciate the complements on the build, but doesn’t matter how well the build is if i don’t know what i’m doing, so that’s what brings me here.
