When to switch

I know plants will stretch when I flip to 12/12 and go into flower. I'm just not sure when I should make the switch. Any advice?

4 to 6 weeks from the time they pop up. Unless you have a large and tall area then can go 8. (This is assuming they are healthy and growing well.) The ones in the middle are too small but looks like the others could go now.

Oh and sorry just realized the smaller plants are autos. You do not want them switched to 12/12.
