If one lives in a new rec legal state. That person had a commercial grow permit for say 10 acres. They want to make full use and grow as many plants as possible for commercial sales in the rec market. Where does one get at least 7,000 fem seeds or at least 16,00 regular seeds and not do an international smuggle?

seen seedbanks offer bulk but not like that. maybe do a normal grow of fems with a small male on the edge of the light. some youtuber a few years back showed shaking the male to pollinate. respected name just cant remember it.
