Look at the pics for Bud Bud Bling Tingz and Cash Crop Auto. Tell me what you notice.

It's the exact same bud! Every little hair are identical. They have different lighting or filters or something but it's the same. Makes you wonder how many of these strains are actually being portrayed as the bud the breeder says they are.

When your products are quasi legal what can anybody do? Out them on a forum I guess. I'd stay Away from them after seeing that.

So many strains look similar, but yeah, that's most def the exact same photo.

This is why I asked about seed choice in another article. I was wondering if others study seed catalogs as I do. I think there are many questionable claims and strains.

Some are legit and some are ripoffs byer be ware is always the best advice I can give use the list on g.w.e. as a base and go from that.

It's shameful how often this happens with unscrupulous businesses. In San Diego I was talking to a bud tender and at her previous job she said the owner would sometimes buy really huge batches of mid-grade bud, then split it up into different piles and label each one differently. So some of the bud would be labeled "Gorilla Glue #4" and some would be "Blue Dream" but it was all actually the same bud. I'm pretty sure this happened to me once before. I purchased two different strains from a dispensary, but I'm 99.9% sure they were actually the same strain from the same grower. They were both cured really oddly, and I've never seen bud that looked like that from a dispensary before or since. I feel pretty certain it was the same batch just labeled differently.

I hope it was just pics doubled as opposed to the strain itself. I actually received a freebie of the bud Bling Tingz and am a fan of barney's farm seeds.

As long as the seeds come packaged in the original breeders packaging you should be fine. My guess is the dupe pics is down to lazy website management or the person stocking the site doesn't have any example pics so is reusing existing pics. It's a bit dodgy, really they should just put up a place holder pic if they don't have an actual real one but I bet their sales guru has figured people only buy the seeds with pics.
