Ok, this is a photo jack herrer...a freebie seed from SEEDSMAN. It is in a 6 gallon pot with 1\3 perlite, 1\3 Coco and 1\3 FFHF soil with about 3 inches of FFOF on the bottom of the pot.... Wife FIMed it when it was about 4 inches tall...this plant broke ground on Feb 14th... As you can see it's a damn monster bush, as I have been trying LST on it...I'm going to take a couple of clones off it. My tent is 70 inches tall and I'm using a single full spectrum led that says it was 300w. This plant is full, but only 12 inches, maybe 14 inches tall.... Is it time to flip the switch yet from what you are seeing? Is there anything you would recommend that I do to it before I flip the switch? Thanks!!!

Basically what Campesino said. You want to make sure that while looking down on the plant from the top, you can hardly see any dirt so as to make sure all them lovely buds get some light during flower. She's looking very nice btw.

I have a net I was going to stretch between the corners of my tent to try and spread out the branches.. my wife's daughter's boyfriend says it is going to produce some tight buds... My main concern is tryin to figure out what to defoildef when I switch it over, there are tons of small leaf sites on the branches....

Lol the ones in the middle may catch up but depending on strain and genetics you will see the plant double if not triple in size ehen you flip. My advice flip now and suppercrop lst the big stuff and the middle will do just fine as long as you keep those sites exposed to good air flow they will catch up fine imo. I flipped my clones at 14inches and they are 43 inches plus now but that could soley be the genetics or strain. I'm not even sure they're done stretching 😆. Like Campensino said you want to fill it with canopy but training while stretching you could very well do that too.https://forum.growweedeasy.com/forum...-she-s-a-beast

I'm going to pull my clones today, then get the net spread out...wish me luck with the cloning.....this is my 3rd plant since joining this site to learn how to grow in Jan of this year! The other 2 were autos that are still cooking outside. I laugh because it all started with a single bulb led a roll of tinfoil a bag of crappy dirt and a heating pad I stole from my wife! Last plant I grew was 35 years ago from seeds from a dime bag in my parents garden....back then a dime was $10! Lol. BTW... Dad didn't give a shit and one plant was brought inside in a 5 gallon bucket...I didn't know back then but now know they were all male plants that's why I never had buds....still dried it, smoked the leaves coughed like hell and don't remember a buzz....yeah big time grower back then....lmao. I've learned a lot, and my thanks to all of you who have helped me along the way!
