Got a question about my seedlings

What's up GWE FOLKS? Just started a new grow, Northern Lights. And this time I'm using 23watt soft white cfl bulbs for the seedlings. I have 600 watt mh and 600 watt HPS lights for later in the VEG stage and flowering stage. I have had stretching in the past using my hid lights so changed to cfls for seedlings.got a couple pics for those of you that use cfls on a regular basis. Do my seedlings look ok at the present?

    (GROW SPACE) 5ft.X2ft.X7ft. Closet Grow
(LIGHTS) 23watt soft white Cfls for seedlings
    600watt MH for VEG
    600watt HPS for FLOWERING
(MEDIUM) Fox Farm Happy Frog for seedlings
Fox Farm Ocean Forest for trans plant
(EXHAUST) 420 cfm inline fan through ceiling
    (Air Circulation) 2-6INCH CLIP FANS
    (REFLECT) Panda Plastic

Ok, but definitely stretchy. I wonder if a reflector hood on those bulbs would get you enough light increase?
Definitely test the temperature with your hand if you add one, just to be safe.
Must admit I'm in favor of the flourescents for seedlings now, after I burned my plants with my MH earlier this year.

Definitely stretching. I use 6500k CFLs rather than soft white. Wonder if that could be the difference.

Started with 13watt 6500k natural daylight now I have switched back to those and made a aluminum 3 house I g around all 3 of them. Definitely getting more light now gonna try this a few days and if can't get anything to work I'll just do as usual and trans plant deeper and switch to my hid lights in a while when they get a little older. Has worked well in the past just trying to get them not to stretch. Want this grow to go as well as possible it's my first grow using good genetics. Thanks for your help. Both of you

I was really happy with the CFLs until the plants literally outgrew them. I started with one bulb per plant and got splitters for two bulbs each at day 25 and finally was able to move them to the tent under LED on day 34. I should have put splitters earlier and probably would have been better under LED by around day 25, but tent was still occupied. Regardless, they grew like champs throughout. I did all the topping and training to manifold the plants while they were under CFLs and I flipped them to 12/12 on Day 43.
        I ran CFLs 24/0 and LED 18/6 (until 12/12)
