How can i make this set up work?!?

ok so hears the deal. i have a main grow going right now indoors.but this afternoon i recieved 5 more feminized seeds. I want to start a second grow, but im working with a very limited set up( its my old shit thrown together.)

    i have a 3×3×6 foot reflective grow tent(bought in 2016)

iPower 400w hps w/ wing reflector😟(new bulb/but old ballast etc..)
BUT my main problem is proper ventilation and climate.
I only have the two 6" duct booster fans that came with my first tent.which i never really used the fans for obvious reasons.
but i am stuck with what i have for atleast another payday or two. except 30 bucks i saved to find a osculating fan.
HOW ON EARTH can i make this work for the time being.(prolly 3 more weeks) any tips or suggestions???

one fan in one fan out wont get you much oscillation but it will get you fresh air
new grow room built summer of 2017 ,argo max tent for veging ,big kahuna reflector, 1000hps with added leds for the full spectrum . 15th indoor grow ,5 years outside gorilla grows(stealth is the key),veg under t5s growing autos under 300w leds

I run a 435cfm fan pulling from both if my 3'x3'x5' and oscillation inside the tent is not an issue because of the vacuum the fans suck on my tents. In sure you could add a few fans and be ok, just haven't ran into any issues yet. That keeps both of the same size tents (1 600 true watt LED tent and one 600w hps tent) temps under 78°f as long as I have an AC running in the room on the right setting, I do live in Arizona to give you a guage. Not sure if the specs of your fans, but if you set it up correctly, you'll be fine. If you need to keep temps down, worry about moving the air from the top of your tent out of the room. The other oscillation stuff is just gravy added in top.

This is what im basically going to have to work with. those arent exact pictues of mine .but same kinds.
i guess for starters ill put one fan in the top above light fixture.and blow the hot air thru the top. If i remember correctly, when i used this tent and light together ,i didnt have problems necassarily with high temperaters, but low humidity problems. quick drying soil.
im gunna go buy an oscullating fan today. what other cheap basics can you suggest

The shape of the in line fan is irrelevant, the cfm rating is what you want to look at. I forget how many times, but you want to exchange the entire volume of air in the tent (not 100% sure) from what I remember 3-5 times an hour.
If you're worried about keeping humidity in check constantly you may want to grow in coco. Watering every day keeps my humidity in check in the desert. I only started looking at it 3 weeks ago. I did fine before, and not noticed any issues or done anything different sice. Maybe just luck?
I look at watering more often as a benefit rather than a
handicap. Other than some good quality nutes, or square pots (just to maximize floor space) your grow should be fine in my opinion.

when i put the main big set up i have now, together, i ended up spending extra money on things that i later realized i didnt need
          ex. carbon filter,fan mufflers.
i dont want anymore bullshit haha

instead of an oscillating fan (they dont oscillate very long) one of those clip on fans with out the clip hanging by its electric cord swings around all over the place and never breaks down
