I'd like to chime in with a similar question as I'm nearing the same situation with my first harvest. Trichs are still clear and I haven't started flushing yet. I'm in a scrog, so I can't really take them to the tub for a true flush. I planned on feeding for another week and then using only water/finishing mix for my every other day watering schedule. Breeder says 42-56 days and I've been shooting for the 56 day range. Maybe 60 depending on trich color. My question is say the trichs are all cloudy, how much time is left before say 15% amber? A week? 2 weeks? Should I start my water/finishing as soon as I see all cloudy? I just don't want to miss the window and not have flushed enough and have any harshness after all the effort to get to this point. Another question is what is the minimum flush time to get as many salts out of the soil? Is 4-5 days of every other day watering enough to rinse? Thanks!

I would say if you can fit 2 waters only in, in the last week you will be fine. This is what Im doing I am also using a finishing product to help ensure good rinsing. Im using it my first flush in final week. Then 3 days later even if its wet im probably gonna hit with some plain water again just in case. Im not worried about root rot at this point more worried about rinsing the soil.
