How to revegitate

Hi guys

Im a brand new outdoor grower. I have a white widow that seemed to have not got enough light, forcing it to flower.

Is there a way to reverse this to vegetation so it may grow in size before flowering?

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Growing outdoors that will be tough, unless your days are getting longer. Do you have a way to get it inside under some good artificial light?

put a bulb over the plant and turn it on for a whole hour in the middle of the night in order to interrupt the 12 hour darkness, so 12 hours natural light, then 5 or 6 hours of dark, then one hour of artificial light, then another 5 or 6 hours of dark
