Not to worry. A hermaphroditic plant is a female that has grown pollen sacs, and fertilizes itself. Those are not pollen sacs.

If you are worried you could do an orchiectomy. Get out the snips and clip off all of those balls. As oldjarhead has seen these growths before I have as well, and had no seed production. Are these the only plants you have? If so let them go, and no matter what you will get some smokeable shit.
