    Veg defoliation

just was curious on some opinions here. I’m doing manifold, LST, and defoliation on this grow. Not really sure how much defoliating I should be doing in veg, but I’m feeling like growth tips are getting blocked. Read through the tutorial etc. this is what I did today to my GSC she’s growing great so I felt I could get at her a bit. Here’s a before and after shot. Any opinions on the LST or manifold are welcome too

Thank you, it’s kinda nerve wracking to get in there and start cutting.

Green75 I stole the 12 and 10 gauge wire as tie downs from your Instagram video. They work so much better than the soft wire ties at the gardening store.

Looks MORE than perfect to me!!! Real nice job! I'm right there with you on coated wires compared to ties. No slipping=no damage and keeps em right in place. Found that they eventually have to be phased out in age cause my plants will naturally stay that way with out them anyway. I seem to veg longer than other people tho...or what I've read

Well thank you. First try doing any of this stuff. I did damage one of my others today hoping it recoups was trying to kind of squeeze the wire and it twisted too a small leaf and damaged a growth tip hoping she recovers or maybe I just kinda filmed it. Part of why I’m growing 6 so I can screw up and walk away with plenty.
