Any advice on why my two bigger plants are really saggy? All night under the light they were looking healthy, once the light turned off they started to look like this and the soil is very moist.

They look fine, just going to bed for the night. They should wake back up and reach for the lights about the time when they come back on. Other than the droop, I think they look fine.Nothing is foolproof for the sufficiently talented fool.

I was wondering why they droop every morning when the light comes off, the leaves feel tight and almost kinda dry? Should i water? The soil isn't 100% dry but its wet to the touch in the first 1in.

Don't do it! It's the classic fake!
It's the number one cause of over watering. You said that it's wet when you put your finger down there. It means she's happy. Sorry, but now you won't forget.

Just looks like light droop (Some strains really move their leaves up and down with the light).
Look at the picture of my little plants below. (excuse the animals and La Virgen I was having fun!). They are all very healthy little plants. The strain on the left droops a lot when the lights go out, but the strain on the right does not. Unless there is something else going on, you have nothing to worry about.1 Photo

BTW, I have my lights on 24/7 in veg and my plant never droops. Despite the folklore, plants, unlike people, don't need "rest." In fact, a time lapse camera shows that they never stop growing, 24 hours a day. (Of course they go to 12/12 for bloom.)

Dood, even more excellence. Many thanks! That sounds great, but in my few grows, the tops are ready way earlier than the rest, and I end up with as much as a couple weeks in between.
Does the extended dark cause a disruption to the rest of the plant, or is it happy when it goes back to 12's?

Yes, extended darkness will disrupt the rest of the plant.
The Calvin cycle runs all the time, but it needs sugars and other chemicals (goodies) that are produced only when the lights are on. During light the plant stores a portion of these for use during the dark. This is how C3 plants have evolved to cope with darkness. When you put the plant into extended darkness you are forcing it to deplete its stored goodies. It will continue to power the Calvin cycle (and make THC) to stay alive as long as it can.
As they approach harvest, the only reason you need light is to keep the reservoirs of goodies supplied. As the Tops get close, you can consider going 10 light 14 dark, which is still plenty of light. If you harvest the tops early, just be sure to do so at the end of the dark period. When you are ready for final harvest you can do extended darkness.
Locrian just started another thread on this, so we can keep discussing there!

Thanks again. Sorry Boofpakk. I hope your girls are waking up bright and happy.
