From seed to pot?

I have some seeds that have opened is it soon to put them in soil? they are about 1 " tall but i see no roots on bottom of the cube (starter) Can I put them in soil now? They will be under a T- 5 light 18 on 6 off thanking you in advance

Most people wait, but I don't see it hurting either. Do what you need to. Nothing bad will happen

Make sure you keep your watering in check. A small seedling in a pot does not need a lot of water.
