looking for a clip fan

I'm looking for a clip on fan that is strong enough to move my plants. I have tried one 4 inch usb powered clip on fan, but it barely moves the air. I'm hoping you guys can help me out. TIA

Have you used this one? Is is good and strong (wind)?

I have 3. I use them on the low setting and it works fine. High setting is a bit too much in my 4x4.
