HELP! Is there such thing as too much LST?

I just keep bending and tying down every branch of my autos like there's no tomorrow lol..

I'm wondering if there's such thing as too much lst and/or I should stop and let the plant finish its course???

At some point you have to let it grow.

I keep bending the "main cola" between buds..., I'm afraid I will be left with lota of tiny buds.

Or you could break it by persistently bending it.

I agree with canuck on this one. I do my lst as early as possible to train a flat canopy when the growth is wispy and weak. I do it a bit after the first topping after I have several good branches going. Once my canopy is flat I dont add more. I just adjust the lst hangers further out to pull new growth down to keep the canopy level even.

I also find that too much lst makes watering a pain. It becomes harder to get to the soil and easier to get wet plants.

Yeah I have to agree here.. after you get your plant set where you want it let it go so it can start going up an that lights sweet spot.. after the second week of flower it's very wise to not bend anymore are you can snap off the branch! I learnt that the hard way!!! Good luck

I continue to train (and defoliate) up to the 2nd week after the 12/12 flip. The flat canopy will pay off in more and bigger buds.
I like big buds and I can not lie.

When they start making them big buds I'm in there damn near everyday trying to keep them buds from rubbing on each other, making sure they got plenty of room to grow.
