Couple of days is all it can take (Ive burned seedlings) but every strain and even different plants of the same strain can react differently. Like D.A.S.S. said 18 inches is usually max for 300 watts leds, higher for higher watt leds. Go with what the manufacturer says. They should know what there doing.

Imo those are way to close. I have nitrogen bleaching in my plants too. Im using an 1800 Cob im at 24 inches away and still getting the bleaching. More nitrogen should help combat that too. I bought raw nitrogen to add to my seedling water for that reason.
What wattage output is that light rated at?

Lot of times ,you can't tell till it's already done damage, you sure don't want it to close like that one guy who used to be on GWE, used to tell people to put them 5-6 inches away, he had done ruined his plants ,an didn't even know it. I forget his name.most of the time you want them at least 18inches away.Cfls for a week or two
315lec for everything else
Dug up Ms.topsoil, with perlite added
36x36x63 inch tent.
6inch - exaust - intake fans an scrubber
Smart pots
Molasses
Autoflowers
