    Looking for advice

1st time growing, I'm on last day of week 7, one week on 12/12 lights been doing lST dont won't to screw up at this point, looking for advice on what to do now as far as nutrition and should I keep up the training or just leave them be. Using fox farm nutrients, lights are 450 watt viparspectra at 18 inches. Also does the plants look like they should for 7 weeks. Any input would be appreciated.

TBH they look a little short and stout to me at this stage. About haw tall are they? Seems like your lights were a little close. Not close enough to burn them but close enough to where you got no vertical growth. Other than that they look fine. Feel free to continue to lst. just be extra careful. Opening up bud sites to more light and air is never a bad thing. As long as you are not breaking them at this stage.

I don't grow in soil so I have no idea about size but if u are in the first week of 12 12 watch out they are going to explode in the next 2 weeks. I train for the first 3 weeks of flower then let them go.

your auto can be run on 24 hrs of light more light more energy more growth.

as far as your nutes go what brand do u use they should have flower mix chart on there website.
    It's 4:19 u got a minute?

I agree with UrbZ. Also check manufacturers website for proper distance - I have a 300 Viparspectra and the distance recommended for it is 22 inches.
    Plants look great!
Now that they are flowering they are going to want to stretch now anyway - I would move the lights up to 24 - 28 inches and make them stretch more. Cuz you want em taller, bigger is better. Will lead to better things.

Yes, all about 22 inches. Good results are from all the little tricks one learns - biggest being I let the soil dry out totally before I feed em again.
