Anyone kno how many cobs a driver from a mars 700will run

Ok so got a couple old mars lights an wanna use the drivers from them to build a cob light, wanna run 2 citizen 1212s per driver. Anyone kno if it will work or more familiar with the mars drivers, I watched the videos on u tube just not sure of these exact lights an what they can push the other light is a mars reflector 96

You can actually run 6 of the citizen 1212s off of that driver which would be a significant PAR upgrade from what you are running. Over on the AFN forums there is a guy called BigSmo that specializes in doing the COB conversions. He has a whole thread dedicated to Q&A on Mars>COB conversions.
