Supplemental lighting with household LED bulbs

Hey all, I'm curious about supplementing my LED full spectrum (viparspectra 300W) with household LED bulbs. I have a ton of 9W (60W equivalent) 2700K LED bulbs that I got from the power company, and I was wondering if I could use them for supplemental lighting. My plan was to get a few 3-in-1s to hook these up on the on the outsides of the hot zone of my LED system. I would also rotate my plants at least once a day, probably more, so all sides get light from the hot zone. Will these type of LEDs help or is that wishful thinking?

Morning Capn, I've seen video's where they use those kind of leds, but they take the covers off of them first, so I don't know about that kind.
But the cfls, work great if you keep them real close to your plants, like about 2 or 3 inches away.
Maybe someone who knows lots more about the leds your talking about will be on here in a minute to help you.
Cfls for a week or two
    315lec for everything else
Dug up Ms.topsoil, with perlite added

I have personaly tryed just those bulbs for seedlings and the growth has been massivly slowed. I was curious as well but the lumens just arnt strong enough I even hooked 3 together as well and it still wasnt enough. If u could get 5 to 6 bulbs per sqf then ya that would make a difference. But then ur gunna have a shit ton of bulbs everywhere lol there really gd for middle to bottom canopy lights as they dnt get very hot just defol some space for them so u dnt burn/ stress ur plant lol

I have used LED's with the plastic lense cover removed (very important)- for clones in the summer.
It kept the heat down in a space bucket and work fine for them, as they don't need much light.
I wouldn't bother on larger plants, however- just not enough power to make a difference.
It's all bullshit - until you smoke it!

Thanks everyone! I may do that during summer myself just for clones. My CFL was making it pretty hot in there, we had a really warm September and October.
