    Defolate during flower

Hard to believe I plucked 1/2 a grocery bag of leaves off her last week (4th time during grow). I am in third week of flower light switch. Can I, should I, defoleate more now during early flower? My humidity is around 50% and I have good ventilation but I noticed moisture between touching leaves while tucking fan leaves under. Can't do much to lower humidity.

Plant looks great after the first four trims, I'd guess the strain likes it.
I might be tempted to take some of the inner fan leaves off the canopy to get more light on those budding buds, but you do have to be careful in flowering.
How has it reacted to previous trims? Have you noticed the plant slowing down all of a sudden after a trim or does it bounce back fast?
If you decide to trim again I'd do it soon, I've never trimmed past week 4 of flower.

Hey there! I'm sure this is going to generate all kinds of responses, however to me, it's more of a personal preference. However, this looks about as far as I'd go with defoliating. It's looks great! Very dense and full, keep those remaining ones until they start to lose them themselves, needs a little something to pull from, you know? Otherwise they look excellent!

Has always bounced back fast after trims. The moisture worries me. You know... mold šŸ™

You have a trimmed canopy and I'm assuming decent airflow. You'll be fine.

I have defoliated many many plants. Controversial subject, but I find it works pretty good.

I defoliated Mobina 5 times and then decided to back off after doing it twice in flowering. I now see the leaves that are not getting frosty and they may go as well as some more lower growth that does not look like it will ever amount to much. I have just been totally surprised by the vigor of this plant.

I started removing most of the lower fan leaves in Week 2 Flower and the latest I have pulled fans was just heading into Week 4 flower. I don't whack them all, but about from the middle down. Seems like the buds just go crazy heading into Week 5 flower... Whenever I do remove the fans, I do it at one time, not some here and some there...My Barney's Blue Cheese strains did the best, followed by several Kush strains.

My AK-48 just takes off after each thinning but now finishing week three of light switch and I need to thin again. May just wait for leaves to naturally die off but a lot of bud site are in shade...
