They have been fed plain water the last two times. I was planning on waiting until they grow outside the edges of the cup to transplant to my 3 gal fabric pots. Who thinks they are ready now? I appreciate all the help and comments guys.

You can transplant now if you want to. Just be careful when you water, 'cause is very easy to overwater when they are in big pots.

Day 9. Plants are looking good and all three have started growing third node. I am a little concerned that they are not getting taller. Only about 2" tall right now. My tent is only 4ft tall so a short plant is good for me but they seem awfully short. Any suggestions or comments welcomed.

If you water seedlings too much, they stop growing. Just water enough to keep them moist. I wouldn't worry too much. They look fine.

Day 10: plants are looking wonderful! I am very excited about the progress. I think tomorrow I will go ahead and transplant to their final 3 gal fabric pots. They are approaching the outside of the cups and if keep growing this fast they will be in a day or two. I plan to top at 5th node and I think I see 4th coming out today. Should I wait until they are in final pot for awhile before I top so they are not double stressed from transplant and top? How long should I wait?

I would let them get used to the final home, then start training. Tika is on to something.

I would wait 'till transplant. They are still a little young to do any cutting yet. Wait 'till the 6th node, then do your magic.

Got transplant done. The first one the soil was a little dry and it crumbled a little but I think it is ok. After that I made sure the other two where wet and it went fine. Pics are in order first three are before transplant and last 3 are after.

Green. How do you tell if stalks are hardened?
