Election Predictions: Which States Will Legalize on Nov. 8?

As a wild campaign season draws to a close, some states (California!) are emerging as probable winners and some (sorry, Montana) as also-rans. A few are too close to call.

All but Arizona and Arkansas will pass. Do I get a free bud if I'm right?

I'm one of the lucky ones_ its legal for us to grow 6 plants at a time per household. Passed about a year ago, or so. But I don't trust the Feds so I'm getting more seeds than I'm gonna need_trying to start my own personal seed bank for future. Probably being overly paranoid but gonna be sure and buy as many seeds as I can afford! Good luck to all of you who have this on your ballots!!!
Current grow_ coco based medium, Fluence LED lights, AIT, 5 gallon planters,
liquid organic nutrients by Advance Nutrients and Vegamatrix. Strains_ Exodus Cheese (feminized), Meltdown (regular) and Caesar (regular).

Florida is a crap shoot, it should have passed last time, missed by 1.7% of the vote.We got to get 60% to pass an amendment. Out of state lobbyists keep it out of the state congress. Same lobbyist fight the amendment, support is still growing, hope we make it this time.

Colorado officials politely ask Arizona's anti-marijuana group to stop lying
EJ Montini: The group calls the anti-Prop. 205 ads "inaccurate and misleading."

Prop 64 makes marijuana LEGAL. That means most of the ways cops are allowed to hassle you over weed disappear. The sight of stems and a roach in your ashtray, the cop’s claim that he can smell marijuana, the anonymous tip that you’re growing cannabis, and the drug dog’s alert on your car’s trunk are no longer valid reasons for police to detain you.

Even though it would never pass, I would love to see Pres. Obama try to push for a country wide lift on the ban before he leaves office. He is pro marijuana(at least for medical use). He has nothing to lose by giving it a shot.

I find that most of the people i talk to about medic MJ dont know enough to make a good choice at the polls. Or they are against it based on no knowlage at all just because they think it might be a bad thing. Its the same thing you find with any subject,, lack of knowlage it the enemy.

Gordo I agree but here in Wa. State it amazed me going into the recreational store and seeing so many everyday people , it's not just the 21 yr olds every age group goes.

The only thing here is people fight not to have it growing commercially in or around where they live saying it will bring thief's into the neighborhood. I say the last 10 yrs of Meth is the problem they steal cooper out of houses take anything they can hoard or sell and are not good people and yet people group pot and meth all the time LOL

I feel you, here in mid missouri states capital, 48000 pop, there is more herion and meth than anything but if there is a pot bust it's on the front page. No med marijuana laws here either. But gas is cheap and no one cooks meth any more, cause the Mexican meth is cheaper and purer. Sad but true. The poor man or woman can't win. On the bright side one of seeds I'm now germinating opened this morNing. Get out and vote

I live in a county they call Heavens Waiting Room, thats how old the people here are. And yet i know a lot of old smokers that use to relieve pain and such. So its not just the young people that are smoking here.
