When talking about plants producing 1-10 oz. is that after or before dried and trimmed?

Some will say high numbers before drying lol all about the dry weight -
I always use dry weight . you can use 25%of wet weight and it will be close to dry weightnew grow room built summer of 2017 ,argo max tent for veging ,big kahuna reflector, 1000hps with added leds for the full spectrum . 15th indoor grow ,5 years outside gorilla grows(stealth is the key),veg under t5s growing autos under 300w leds
