Video (s) request for Nebula or other experienced growers

I've been looking for good videos on the topping and lst as well as the manifold training technique and I've come up short on videos for people like me who have never grown a single thing.

Would you please make a video and post it next time you start training a plant and follow through as it grows. Or if there are some that I just can't find please just smack me and say here.
