It's normal to lose the bottom baby leaves by the time you're in the flowering stage, but I agree if it starts spreading up the plant it looks like a Nitrogen deficiency. Have you been giving your plant flowering nutrients (nutrient high in phosphorus and potassium)? It's possible your plant has used up all the nutrients in the soil over the last 5 weeks 
You don't want to supplement with a lot of nitrogen in the flowering stage because it can suppress bud growth, but any flowering nutrients is going to have at least a little nitrogen to help hold your plant over for a few more weeks until it stops making new leaves and stems

That's great! If you've been giving it nutrients and checking the pH I wouldn't worry about it at all then It's normal to lose those first leaves and if the rest of the plant looks healthy, and the yellowing isn't moving up the plant from the bottom, then you're good!
