White mold

My friend passed away a few weeks ago. A few days after he passed, his bulb blew in his tent. We moved the plants to a different location to cover their lighting as they are flowering. He returned them a few days later when we replaced the bulb. 2 were ready for harvest Monday. We found white mold. One plant bad, the other 4 were mediocre. I'm trying to save them. The ready for harvest I have a massive coating of neem oil mix and proceded to remove finger leaves. Is there anything else I need to be doind?

Looks like powdery mildew. Not sure if its safe to smoke. Perhaps OK for edibles but I’m not sure. Anyone else?
