When and how much Nutrients “ fox farm soil” with general hydroponics trio”

Hello Friends,

My ladies sprouted 5 days ago and I was wondering when I should start feeding them nutrients?? I’m growing in FoxFram soil. The thing is I picked up the trio pack of “General Hydroponics”. Due to growing in soil I’m not sure how much to give them...1/4 the dose maybe?? This is my first grow and I’m excited but super nervous that I’m going to make a rookie mistake......any advice from an experienced grower would be much appreciated. Below is my set up. If there’s anything that anyone might see that I can improve on please give me ur 2 cents!
