Weed Leaves

Can you smoke the weed leaves? Or the smaller sugar leaves around your bud which have loads of THC crystals on? if yeah how do u go about drying them?

Yes sugar leaf is more useful then larger fan lesf but you can make hash, smoke it, tincture, edibles just leave it on the counter for a few days or if you're in a hurry put it in the oven at 160f degrees for a couple minutes, it'll do the trick but it don't taste so good

Another thing to point out removing sugar leaves from your bud area could harm your potency down the road on your buds. I don't cut leaf after the stem disappears thought worth mentioning.

You can smoke the big fan leaves too if you want. One way to smooth the smoke is to soak your leaves in very cold water for a couple of hours, dry it and smoke it. This method will turn the water green, which is chlorophyll.

I've never tried smoking the leaves, but you could certainly vaporize them and get all the good stuff out of them.

I have a bud spinner it takes all the sugar leafs off and they drop into a bowl I call this stuff duff and its almost as good as bud I dry mine right with the buds on one of those hanging nets

I tried it last year and removing most of the chlorophyll, does make it smoother and tolerable. When you're running low on smoke, half bud half sugar leaves and one can still roll fatties. Courtesy of Ed.
