Trichomes check with leafy buds

If anyone's can help me check for trichomes color and why so leafy no nitrogen overload here.. if can tell me how many weeks should I wait to cut

Why leafy? I imagine it's a genetic characteristic. What strain is it? I use a jeweler's loupe to view trichomes, my eyes aren't sharp enough without it.

EDIT: Is that a hash plant?

If you want to check trichome development, I think you'll need a better camera and you'll want to make sure the focus is on the trichs formed directly on the buds. Take a look at Fjeff's recent post about his harvest. Notice how you can really see the trichomes in those pics?

looks like your plant was trying to reveg, also it is hard to tell from your pictures if your plant is ready, do you have a jewlers loupe? If you do, check the bud itself, not the leaves.
