t8 flourescent bang for buck 2nd grow

Hi all. New to the forum but have been browsing for almost a year so thanks to GWE and the forum for all the info that helped my last grow to be a success.

Im only using T8 flourescents and keeping cost and tech to a minimum( total set up cost about 130 US Dollars) but have had good results. I know this is very old school but so am I. I have just started my second grow and have upgraded to smart pots and got some proper bloom nutes rather than just garden centre stuff.

Is there anyone out there still growing this way or interested in it ?
I still have lots to learn and had a few problems last grow particularly with PH, drying and curing but did still manage to get a good harvest, enough to do me for about 8 months.
Im growing autos and hoping to improve my results with the help of all you good folk out there.
I can put up some pictures of my set up and last two plants once I figure out how to.

Heres a few photos of set up and plants.

I used 4 56w lights mix of warm and cool
Garden centre nutes,compost and pearlite.
Already had pots cables and plugs etc and a small usb fan
PH meter bought after 4 weeks
Plants were 2 Northern Lights auto

I had to harvest slightly early and leave them drying for ten days on their own due to going away unexpectedly so ended up a bit too dry

Harvested about160 grams of pure bud.
0.7 grams per watt roughly.
Nice and potent but a bit harsh as was not able to flush.

Excellent level canopy! Way to maximize what you have. That’s a great haul using T8s

Thanks, yup its all in the training one was topped and the other LST. takes abit of time to get them like that but a labour of love.
