Spots on leaves

I'm late in the flowering stage, around week 8 and I've noticed spots forming on some of the top leaves. Is this just light burn or something else?
I'm growing in organic soil, organic nutes the entire grow, small grow tent, growbright Tek two lamp. This is only my second grow so I still have a lot to learn.
