Those are calyx and if the plant is pollinated then that is where seeds would be. It just is part of the female plant but does not necessarily mean your plant has been pollinated.
Your good. Just new calyx forming. They are forming in other places you just can't see them. That is essentially what a bud is made of, a bunch of calyx.
