SM-90 safe for buds

i am new here. I refer to the site often, but i just joined the forum.
I have a mild powdery mildew problem. I have SM-90. Can someone tell me if it is safe to use on budding plants / on buds? Admin? Help?

Never spray your buds with anything.
You can spray the leaves, but not the ones you plan to use for extractions.
these products are best to use during veg or week 1 of flower.

One way to counter the WPM is by increasing the wind blowing over the plants.
