Single stipule

Monster was planted on or about October 5, last year, and has been vegging since. Even though it's that old, I haven't been able to determine sex. It's been putting out a single stipule instead of pairs. It's either bagseed or Old Skool regular.
When I took these pictures, I noticed what might be hairs. Fourth picture. Perhaps confirmation?

I see female parts for sure. Are you just trying to grow a huge plant?

I passed on a few seeds to a neighbor who put them under a teeny COB light when he said he was interested in growing. He hasn't had the setup to flower and veg at the same time. So, on it grows until his other vendor seeds get to needing flowering.
