Single leaf mutation

Hi I was hoping for some advice this will be my third grow trying to grow Buzz Light Gear from Dr Krippling planted three seeds two didn't make it and this one has come out a bit weird has anyone experienced this kind of mutation is so is it worth carrying on of starting again any advice welcome

I believe seedlings starts out that way (correct me if I am wrong). Give it some time to grow and you should star seeing three leaves then five. Seems to early to make any judgment on it.

It looks like you have two start leafs with only one cotyledon which fall off in later veg. Your plant will be fine I have had that happen to me and it will grow great.

I had a trifoliate just recently. Critical kush. I was going to keep it but it was growing lopsided for lack of a better term so I culled it. You could be fine though. Time will tell.

Problems getting out of the shell or genetics can cause a bi-cotyledon plant to appear to be a monocotyledon. Which is what this looks like. It is always fun growing a plant with an unusual start if you have the time and space and don't need the resulting crop. It is a crap shoot. It might be the best strongest, highest yielding plant ever. One that all of us want a clone of or a POS not worth the co2 it is breathing. Life is like a box of beans you never know what you're going to get. I had an eggplant that grew it's entire life with single leaves only on one side of a solitary stem - the plant never branched. It set as much fruit if not more than all of the other "normal" plants grown from the same package of seeds. Sorry I digress.

Seriously, Let grow for a week or two and evaluate it then.
