Regarding temperature and controlling heat / cold

So in the garage its getting cooler, so last night the outside temps hit 50 degrees. In the garage was around 58, and in the tent with fans and lights on (LED), 65 degrees. During the day when the lights are off for 4, its around 72-74. And with the lights and fans on- during the day- maybe 78-79 degrees.

Now, during the night when the tent cools down from the outside cooler temps, is that going to effect things or because the LEDs are still shining brights in their faces, they wont care much about the 10-15 degree swing range that they are seeing daily?

Im about to set up a more insulated area to protect from cooler elements- but I dont really need to worry about cold cold - for another couple months. Im thinking also that if I dont run the fans at night- that will keep things warmer also- however the dirty gnats might have an easier time landing.

I saw in the UK you can get a heating stick for your tent. They dont sell that in the US-( probably safety reasons ) - it seems pretty practical - I wonder besides a just as dangerous space heater- what other options are available.

Too bad running a 10 gallon fish tank with 5 gallons of water with a thermometer making the water 80 - it would raise the temp in the room and almost create a jungle like feeling I bet- and also probably be way too much humidity... . sounds a bit crazy doesnt it?

I add CFL bulbs for additional heat or to stabilize the temperature range- and choose the correct spectrum (2700k/6500k)-
You get extra heat and usable light-too.

You can put an electric radiator in the tent, but you will need to restrict intake/exhaust.

You can also recirculate your warm exhaust back into your tent, but you will need at least a passive fresh air intake.

I use a radiator and my basement gets to around 60 degrees F in winter. Works great.

If you can keep it from getting under 65°F at night in the tent, I wouldn't worry too much. You could try putting your exhaust fan on a timer at night, so it's only running for 10 minutes every hour or something like that, to get fresh air regularly, but help keep some of the heat inside. Just be careful of the humidity rising too much!

Make sure your plants are not sitting directly on a cold floor because the plant can deal with the cold better if the roots stay warm (same thing with heat, your plants can handle high temperatures better if roots stay cool).

Another idea if it starts getting really cold is you could possibly change your light schedule so your dark period happens during the day when it's warmer. Then your lights are on at night to help keep the plants warm when the temperature drops.
